Clients must provide accurate and complete information, respond promptly to requests for additional documentation, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and pay all fees and costs as agreed upon in the service agreement.

Service fees are specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Additional costs may apply for expedited services, government fees, or third-party services.

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose personal or financial information except as required by law or with explicit client consent. Clients also agree to maintain confidentiality of our proprietary processes and strategies.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or failure to obtain desired investment status.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you remain liable for all fees incurred up to the termination date. We will return original documents but retain copies as required by law.
